Solar Energy in India has a tremendous growth potential and is currently seeing massive interest.The government support in the form of JNNSM with a target of 20 GW by 2022 has given a sold impetus to solar power in the country.A small number of solar energy plants have already been completed by different developers in a small number of states.The migration projects of JNNSM are\u00a0 the first ones that are going to be completed followed by the ones which were won in the auction.Here is a list of current and potential future solar energy plants in India.<\/p>\n

4) Moser Baer ,Thin Film 1 MW , Chandrapur Maharashtra<\/p>\n

    Note there is also a number of solar power plants that have gotten PPA from the Gujart Government.There is almost 716 MW of solar thermal and solar PV plants that have been allocated by the Gujarat government alone.The list can be found in the GEDA website.Note there is no certainty that all of these solar energy plants will come online as some have been bid at extremely low even irrational prices.<\/p>\n
