The policy majorly focuses on the manufacturing of electric vehicles and their components in the state, while also emphasizing improving the research and development in this sector as well as reducing upfront costs. This policy places a special emphasis on the creation of an end-to-end ecosystem for E-Mobility in the state and envisages harnessing Haryana\u2018s inherent strength in the automotive manufacturing sector. The buyers of Hybrid\u00a0EVs will also get incentives. Hence it is a win-win situation for both buyers and sellers. Large and Mega units shall compulsorily establish a battery disposal\/recycling\/material recovery facility at their proposed plant for claiming any incentive under this policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. The policy incentives will be available for manufacturers of EV (BEV and FCEV) and Hybrid EV (PHEV and SHEV); EV components, individual buyers, and enterprises setting up charging infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. This policy is applicable to ?new and ?existing units.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Units availing a particular incentive under this policy will not be eligible to avail of similar incentives under similar heads as given in any other Haryana Government policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sellers&#8217;\/ Manufacturers&#8217; Incentives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are different incentives available under the Haryana state scheme like a capital subsidy of fixed capital investment, seed and conversion fund, net SGST and stamp duty reimbursement, subsidies for power, water treatment, employment generation, etc. for manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Capital subsidy of Fixed Capital Investment (FCI)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenworldinvestor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/HR-EV-policy.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-24635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenworldinvestor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/HR-EV-policy-1024x623.png\" alt=\"HR EV policy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"623\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Buyers&#8217; Incentives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are individual benefits extended to buyers of EVs under the Government of India\u2018s FAME India scheme Phase II.
