Renesola has a global presence with sales branches established in Europe, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific regions.<\/p>\n<p>Renesola sells most of its Solar Panels under an OEM Contract,\u00a0which means that it sells its solar panels to companies who put their own\u00a0brand names on solar panels produced by Renesola.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Solar Frontier<\/strong>\u00a0is a <em>Japanese company<\/em> which was earlier known as Showa Shell Solar. The company joined the rank of major solar companies once it started the new 900MW \u201cKunitomi\u201d production plant in Miyazaki. Solar Frontier\u00a0manufactures CIS (copper, indium, selenium) thin-film solar modules for customers all around the world. The company has\u00a0offices in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, with headquarters in Tokyo.<br \/>\nSolar Frontier modules have\u00a0conversion efficiency of 11.8% to 13.4%. Their\u00a0\u201cLight soaking\u201d effect increases the output after installation. They are\u00a0Cadmium- and lead-free. Solar Frontier uses recyclable substances as packing material and are cardboard free. Renesola solar panels also have frames made of anodized aluminium alloy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Certification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Renesola Modules confirm with PV standards such as IEC 61215:2005, IEC 61730:2004, UL 1703 and\u00a0Solar Frontier solar modules have PTC\/STC rating over 90% and are also UL, JET and RoHS compliant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Solar Frontier \u00a0gives a 25 year extended warranty on all its solar panels. These Solar Panels are reinsured by the German insurance giant Munich Re, which means in case if Solar Frontier goes out of the solar panel business, Munich Re will insure that the warranty holds good.
